  • Stainless steel grade 316 tubing line clamps complete with back plate. Hardware is available upon request.
  • The Standard Adjustable Chuck is a durable, long lasting adjustable chuck for welding 10 GA insulation pins.
  • "B" Collet Protectors are specifically designed to help prevent residue (weld slag) from build up on B-Collets to extend use of collet. Also available for 14 and 12 GA.
  • Crimp Hangers are easy to install to 3/8-16 weld stud. Simply crimp tines over cable with channel lock pliers and cable is supported. Available in stock in stainless steel grade 316 and plated steel.
  • Stack studs are used to extend the length of previously welded studs. Full dimensions (5/8 x 1" tapped, 3/8-16 x 3/4 extension, 3/8-16 x 3/4). Available in stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
  • Inline control cable connectors for most stud welding systems. Available in stock.
  • Weld cable connectors used to weld larger diameter weld studs (3/4, 7/8, 1" & 1 ¼"). Available in stock.
  • The 3/8 Headed Anchor Chuck assembly is used to weld 5/8 headed concrete anchors and ¾ shear connectors. Available in stock, and as separate parts, chuck base, and chick tine.
  • Weld pads can be installed using conventional arc welding process or can be manufactured for stud welding capability. Use for mounting switch boxes, fixtures, etc. Available in several dimensions and alloys.
  • Slotted cable hangers can support several cables of varying diameters on a single hanger attached to a 3/8-16 welded stud or Hilti X-BT stud. Available in stock in stainless steel grade 316. Plated Steel available upon request.
  • Mechanically installed "G" Clip used to fasten grating to structural members in 1/4" thru 2 ¼ thickness. Available in stock in stainless steel grade 316, galvanized steel, and aluminum. Installed simply by using 7/16" nut driver.
  • GM mounting device used to support panel stands or other devices requiring metal grating fastening. Each GM accepts 1000lbs. of direct upward force and installs easily from top side of grating. Available in stock in stainless steel grade 316 and steel.
  • Pneumatic Tube Supports fasten to the wall of a B-line cable tray 4" and 6" fiberglass. Cable tray 4" and 6" allows tube installation to take advantage of existing tray support, reducing the need for separate tubing channel. Hardware included.
  • This durable, mechanically installed grating clip fastens to fiberglass grating on structural members (1/4" - 1 ½"). It is installed from top side of grating. Available in stock in stainless steel grade 316.
  • SLP Slotted Cable Hangers are used for installation of pneumatic tubing to 3/8-16 weld studs of Hilti X-BT studs. Use with standard tubing line clamp for quick installation and neat appearance. Available in stock in stainless steel grade 316.
  • Saddle grating clips are one of the most common grating clips used. Installed using 1/4" weld stud or other 1/4" hardware. Available in stock in stainless steel grade 316 or galvanized steel
  • Split Bi-Pod Feet are great accessories to insure perpendicularity when stud is welded. Easily attaches to stud welding arc gun to insure a straight stud weld every time. Available in stock in several diameters.
  • Tube Spacers are used to separate pneumatic tubing with minimal contact with the tubing. They may also be installed with SLP type slotted hanger or flat bar. Check with PFS sales regarding modified spacer.
  • Weld Thru Deck Foot Ass'y are for welding 3/4" shear connectors thru metal deck on composite steel projects. Attaches easily to arc stud weld gun. Also available for 7/8". For heavy duty applications and sold as piece part foot, extension or grip.
  • Full Base Arc Studs are manufactured from grade 6000 series aluminum. Can be stud welded using conventional arc shield or "ferrule-less" welding, using argon gas foot attachment. 3/8-16 full base aluminum weld studs available in stock.
